What Does the following Urine Test Result Mean?

Urine Culture is 10,000-50,000 CFU/ML. Multiple Organisms probable contaminates. Nitrates are Negative Trace amount of Leukocyte Esterase RBC 26-50/HPF WBC 6-10/HPF Many Bacteria/HPF Many Epithelial Cells Pain with Urination, first day of last period started February 28th, lasted 8 days. On March 10th I started spotting, and had bowel movements every time I urinated. Severe pain in my lower back. Started on right side, then went to left then back again to right side. Has continued pain but the Spotting turned to dark old blood and stopped yesterday. Any help would be welcome. Thank-you. Shantel Koberstein

The symptoms indicate urinary tract infection.
Probably there is urine contamination.
Please get urine culture again.
Take care during collection and avoid contamination.
